An engagement in the family

Last weekend we attended a family party to announce the engagement of Mariah and Micah (Mariah is the eldest daughter of my husbands first cousin Ron). It was a great get together for the entire family.

We all wish them a long and happy marriage.

It was a great occasion for the family to get together. Although not all could attend, if was get to see those that did. The little kids especially had a great time swimming and getting to know their extended family. A special thank you to Micki and Don for hosting this at their home. Also Aunt Dixie for helping to coodinate the party. Here are some random pictures taken there:
